What is a Dam Release?
Dam release whitewater rafting is a type of rafting adventure that depends on scheduled water releases from a dam upstream. This controlled release of water creates powerful rapids in the river below, making it ideal for thrilling whitewater rafting experiences. The scheduled release times allow rafters to predict when the rapids will be at their peak, providing consistency and excitement for rafters who are looking for a high-adrenaline experience.

DAM RELASE WHITEWATER RAFTING TRIP NOTES:
Most of our rafts accommodate 4 to 7 people. If you have less than 4 people in your group, there is a possibility you will be teamed up with other whitewater rafting guests.
You will stop for lunch mid-way. Lunch is not provided, however, sub lunches can be purchased from our Broken Paddle Bar and Grill upon your arrival.
